Amanda is the founder of Back2Basickz Youth Support Services, an organization
that provides rehabilitation and support services for youth involved in the Criminal Justice System.

Amanda Coombs holds a B.A. in Psychology and is an alumnus of York University. Since 2017 Amanda has certified over 1000 youth and adults as Mental Health First Aid Responders. Amanda provides training for various organizations and individuals, such as Toronto Community Housing.

Amanda does her best to highlight the community in a positive light and continues to impact the community. Amanda applies evidence-based teaching methods from her experience both working and volunteering at CAMH, various shelters, group homes, prisons, and hospitals.
